Internet Speed
Frontier Communications’ Internet speed is on the rise for many West Virginia customers. The state reached a settlement in 2015 that required the company to boost speeds after accusations it came up short in may locations. Attorney General Patrick Morrisey gave an update late last week and said Internet speeds for about 40-percent of customers impacted by its 160-million-dollar settlement with West Virginia. The agreement was the largest, independently negotiated consumer protection settlement in West Virginia history.
