Jackson County couple charged with child abuse

A Jackson County couple is accused of holding down a 9-year-old girl and spraying athlete’s foot spray on her genitals. Thirty-four-year-old Jimmy Persinger and his girlfriend 26-year-old Sarah Walker are charged with child abuse. The girl had an infection, and Walker used the spray on her four times. Walker is being held on ten-thousand-dollar bond.
