Jury Deliberations Continue in Blankenship Trial

The jury deciding the fate of former Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship spent the full day deliberating on Wed. At the end of the day, the jury asked Judge Irene Berger to be able to hear the recorded phone calls that were presented during the prosecution’s testimony earlier in the trial. Berger said the court would provide them with a computer so they could listen to the audio excerpts this morning. They’ll resume at nine o’clock.
