Lawsuit over Homeless

A lawsuit over the over the homeless in Charleston is being settled. The “Gazette” reports that the city will put 20-thousand-dollars into a fund to help those who say they suffered property loss when a tent city was shut down least year during the cold of winter. City leaders say the settlement was sealed last month and will be presented to a district judge in Charleston. More than a dozen people have received voucher payments already.
