West Virginia’s early learning programs are setting the standards for the rest of the country. The U.S. Department of Education is launching new guidelines to help early learning programs and Education Secretary John King announced the plans last week, during a visit to West Virginia. King said the early learning efforts in the state are model examples of how to do things right and he also talked about the “Every Student Succeeds Act.”
