Logan Judge Accused of Assault After Alleged Relationship

The secretary for former Logan County family court judge, Jason D. Harwood, has accused him of sexually assaulting her. Harwood resigned in July, the Charleston Gazette Mail reporting it was after an admission that he had a sexual relationship with his former secretary. The secretary filed a lawsuit this week, accusing him of sexually assaulting her several times in his chambers, her office, his courtroom and a storage room at the Logan County Courthouse.
