Lottery Director to Retire

West Virginia Lottery Director John Musgrave is retiring after serving for more than 19 years, effective Oct. 31. He also serves as deputy secretary of revenue. Musgrave has served under four governors since he was first appointed to the Lottery position in April 1997. During Musgrave’s tenure, the Lottery has added video lottery, limited video lottery and table games.
