Loughry impeachment trial will take place next month

Suspended West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry is still scheduled to stand trial in the Senate, after being convicted last week in federal court. Loughry’s impeachment trial is scheduled to begin November 13th. A guilty verdict or his resignation are the only two things that can remove him from the court.
