Man arrested for DUI with a baby in the car

A man is under arrest after a crash with a one-year-old in the car. Thirty-year-old Andrew Tudor is charged with DUI in a crash on Warrior Way near Belle. A one-year-old child wasn’t properly restrained. The driver of the other car suffered a head injury. Tudor told police he took a Percocet before driving.
