Man is Charged with DUI After KRT Bus Accident

Charleston police said a man charged after his vehicle rear-ended a KRT bus. John Courtney II of Marmet had a blood alcohol content of 0.206, according to Eyewitness News. He’s charged with aggravated DUI after the crash about 9 p.m. last Thursday in the 4400 block of MacCorkle Avenue. The KRT bus had minor damage, and four passengers on the bus complained of neck and back injuries and were transported to the hospital. The legal limit for blood alcohol content in West Virginia is 0.08.
