Math classes

Once again next year, pre-calculus and trigonometry classes in Putnam County high schools will be kept separate. Despite the new college and career readiness standards that call for a combination of the two, math teachers have been able to persuade the board to keep the two subjects separate. Since the schools operate on a block schedule, keeping them separate makes it a bit easier.
