McLaughlin Promoted

Morgan County Prosecutor Debra McLaughlin has been appointed as a circuit judge in West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle. Gov. Jim Justice announced McLaughlin’s appointment Monday to the 23rd Judicial Circuit, which serves Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan counties. She fills the vacancy created by the death of Judge John Yoder in June.
