The news media was locked out from the last two hours of proceedings in ex-Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship’s fourth day on trial and it’s unclear if a full jury was picked Tuesday. A live feed from another courtroom crashed Tuesday, and that’s how journalists had been viewing the proceedings.
