Miner killed in Randolph County mine

A shuttle car operator died in an accident at a Randolph county mine. Forty-three-year-old Ronald Taylor suffered a head injury early Tuesday morning when his shuttle hit a steel object in the roadway at the Carter Roag Coal Company, Morgan Camp Mine. Taylor was airlifted to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown where he died from his injuries yesterday.
