More heavy rains on the way

More heavy rains are expected in areas already hit hard by flooding in West Virginia. The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a flash flood watch for 22 counties in West Virginia for today. The watch area doesn’t include Greenbrier County, where 16 people have passed away. Overall, 24 people have perished in West Virginia since flooding began Thursday.
