Mother of 4-year-old charged with child neglect

The mother of a 4-year-old boy hit by a car earlier this month in South Charleston is charged with child neglect. Emily Jordan and her son were at the Par Mar convenience store on Eagle Way when the child ran into traffic and was hit. The child is recuperating and being cared for by other family members.
