National Guard Loses Sergeant Board

The West Virginia Air National Guard confirms that a member of the Charleston-based 130th Airlift Wing has passed away, while stationed in the Middle East. Technical Sergeant David Board was killed in what is being called a non-combat-related accident. The 49-year-old from Barboursville passed away on Wednesday while stationed in Kuwait.
