New Judge

A new judge is in place in Kanawha County. Angela Purdue is taking over as magistrate for Julie Yeager, who is accused of ethics violations. Purdue was sworn in late last week after Yeager resigned, and will serve be on the bench until the end of next year. Yeager is facing a complaint from the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals
