Newest City Council Member is Sworn In

Charleston City Council has a new member on the board. Bruce King took the oath of office this week, taking over for Rusty Webb to represent the 17th ward, which covers much of the Kanahwa City area. Webb had been appointed in January to fill the seat vacated by councilman John Miller, who left for health reasons. King is a stockbroker for Edward Jones in downtown Charleston.
