Pinch VFD to Host Carnival Fundraiser

The Pinch Volunteer Fire Department is holding its annual Fire Prevention Carnival tomorrow across from the main fire station on North Pinch Road. The carnival opens tomorrow at 6pm and runs evenings though Saturday. They’ll have fire prevention exhibits in addition to the rides. Wednesday has discounted admission with a canned food item, and they’ll donate those to the Lerma Food Pantry in Pinch. Proceeds from carnival ticket sales go to the general operations and some new equipment for the Pinch Volunteer Fire Department.
