PSC to Hold Hearings on Utility Rate Increase

The Public Service Commission is holding public comment hearings on the pending Appalachian Power Company/Wheeling Power Company and rate case. The public hearings start October 9 in Princeton, and include stops in Beckley October 11th, Huntington October 29th, and in Charleston at the PSC headquarters on November 5th. An evidentiary hearing will follow November 13-16 at the Public Service Commission Office in Charleston.
