West Virginian Rick Clay is the man CNN says tried to arrange a meeting with Russia for then-Presidential candidate Donald Trump. After the story first surfaced there was some speculation that either Governor Justice or Delegate Riley Moore might have been the mysterious West Virginia person. The contractor and former Iraq war veteran said the meeting was going to be arranged by a friend of his, and he wanted Trump and the Russians to meet to discuss Christian values.
