Scarbro Leaving

The director of intergovernmental affairs for Governor Justice is leaving. Derek Scarbro decided last week that he is leaving because of the governor’s party affiliation decision. Scarbro had been the executive director of the West Virginia Democratic Executive Committee for ten years. His last day on the governor’s staff will in September.
