Schools closed again today

West Virginia schools in all 55 counties are closed again today. The Governor had said that schools would reopen today after union leaders negotiated a five-percent pay raise. Many teachers are not happy with the deal, urging lawmakers to find a permanent fix for the Public Employees Insurance Agency.
