Senior Wins Scholarship

When Ripley High School senior Chris Neil heads off to college, he can leave his checkbook at home. Yesterday, he was named the winner of the full four-year scholarship to West Virginia Wesleyan. The scholarship is valued at 160-thousand-dollars. Neil suffers from a congenital heart defect, so he wants to study biology and eventually head to medical school.
