Serious crash on I-79 near Mink Shoals

A person was seriously injured in a crash on I-79 near Mink Shoals. The driver flipped the vehicle into the median just before ten last night. The driver was transported to the hospital after being cut out of the car. No word on his condition. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
