Staff reduces at Div of Forestry

The staff reductions made this summer in the state Division of Forestry could make it tough on resources during the fall fire season. The layoffs of more than three dozen could mean more help to fight forest fires would have to come from state prisoners and members of the National Guard. Forest fire season officially begins on Saturday.
