Suspect Arrested in a Series of Hit and Runs
Kanawha County deputies a teenager whom they believe was involved in a hit and run near the West Virginia National Guard Armory on Monday. 18-year old Brandon Sneed ran away after an accident on Coonskin Drive near the National Guard Armory. He’s also the suspect in an earlier hit and run in Charleston where someone crashed into the yard of a home causing significant damage to a sewer line, according to deputies. While Sneed was trying to get away he crossed the centerline and hit another vehicle, but there were no serious injuries. The vehicle he was driving was stolen, and more charges could come. Sneed is currently being held at South Central Regional Jail.
