Teacher work stoppage cancels classes today

School work stoppages and protests are planned today across West Virginia. Teachers and public employees are taking a stand against low wages and increased insurance costs. Classes have been cancelled in Cabell, Lincoln, Mason and Wayne Counties. Teachers are planning to protest at the state Capitol today.
