Three Arrested by Kanawha STOP Team

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office STOP Team executed a search warrant on Maple Street in Shrewsbury early Wednesday, and they made a drug arrest there. 34-year old Louis C. Anderson of Cincinnati, OH was arrested, charged with possession with intent to deliver controlled substances. In addition to heroin, Anderson was also found to have oxycodone and amphetamine pills, and items used to weigh and package drugs. Keith Young of Belle was arrested during the investigation for a stolen vehicle warrant, and Buffy Payne of Belle was arrested on ten felony counts of forgery and uttering from Raleigh County.
