Trucker Arrested After a Woman is Held Against Her Will

State police arrested a semi-driver and charged him with kidnapping after tracking him down on the West Virginia Turnpike, just south of Beckley. 42 year old Brandon Lord Wilkins was tracked by his cell phone after reports that he was holding a female passenger against her will in the cab of his truck. The woman had a black eye and marks on her wrist when troopers caught up with Wilkins. She was taken to the Women’s Resource Center, and Wilkins to Southern Regional Jail. He also faces domestic assault and domestic battery charges.
