Turnpike Toll doubles

It is getting more expensive to drive on the West Virginia Turnpike. The Parkways Authority, yesterday, doubled the toll rate from 2-dollars to 4-dollars for passenger cars. You can also get a 24-dollar E-Z Pass with unlimited use for three years. The new toll rates go into effect in January.
