Update expected on Hobet mine project

We’ll get an update today on the former Hobet mine site in Boone County. Governor Justice and West Virginia National Guard Major General James Hoyer will speak about progress on the project this morning. The location will be partially used by the Army National Guard as a Military Training facility for all branches of the service.
