Wednesday Hospital Lockdown Was a Precaution

The mention of a gun prompted a lockdown at Thomas Hospital Wednesday. South Charleston police said one person was taken to the hospital’s emergency room after a family disturbance in St. Albans, and relatives there mentinoed the gun. Then the man left the hospital. There was no sign that a gun had been brought to the hospital and no charges were immediately filed.The lockdown was a precaution.
