Woman arrested for making fake motor vehicle inspection stickers

A Putnam County woman is under arrest for making phony motor vehicle inspection sticker. Police pulled over Cheryl Scibbe for distracted driving. She admitted to having meth in the car, and that’s when officers found the 15 fake inspection stickers. Police got a search warrant for Scibbe’s home and found a craft room where she made the fake inspections stickers and counterfeit money. An investigation is ongoing.
