WV Helping with Harvey

West Virginia is ready to help Texas recover from Hurricane Harvey. Governor Justice said Monday, that the state is prepared to send National Guard assets and personnel as needed to areas that have been pounded by the rain and wind. He added West Virginia is ready, willing and able to provide first responders to locations along the Gulf Coast as they continue to deal with the massive flooding and devastating damage. A disaster declaration has already been issued for more than 50 Texas counties.
