WV man wins money
A West Virginia man is a million-dollar lottery winner despite losing his ticket. Teddy Harbert of Worthington bought the lucrative ticket from a convenience store at the end of last month and could not find it anywhere. Habart says he stayed calm and finally found it stuck down the side of the console in his Jeep and claimed his prize. He is an electrician by trade and plans to take a trip to Alaska with a buddy and continue working.
