WV senator calls for impeachment of State Supreme Court Justice

West Virginia State Senator Richard Ojeda is calling for a formal investigation and the impeachment of State Supreme Court Chief Justice Allen Loughry. The court is accused of spending tens of thousands of dollars on controversial expenditures for everything from lavish furniture to office renovations. Ojeda says it’s the the legislature’s responsibility to protect the people of West Virginia from a dishonest Supreme Court judge.
