WV State Police cruiser involved in crash

A West Virginia State Police cruiser and several other vehicles were involved in a crash and a high speed pursuit on Route-60. Deputies made a routine traffic stop when they discovered 23-year-old Troy Allen was wanted on several warrants. He took off and led police on a chase through Rand, Quincy and Belle before crashing near Witcher Creek and trying to run. Allen was taken into custody, and charges are pending.
